Vitamin E

Needing very little introduction, vitamin E protects the skin from environmental pollution and protects against the harmful rays of the sun. It is an excellent moisturizer and provides powerful anti-inflammatory action to prevent premature aging. Inflammatory conditions in the skin are a leading cause of skin aging.
